Executive Director

Connie Wille has served as Executive Director of Champlain Valley Family Center since 2000.  Connie has risen through the ranks in the field of prevention and treatment services. She has held the position of counselor, inpatient program director and chief operating officer. Connie believes that chemical dependency can be a devastating, isolating disease and the mission of CVFC is to provide hope and compassionate treatment. She oversees a dedicated, professional staff utilizing evidence-based practices to assure the best possible treatment outcomes. CVFC places an emphasis on collaborative treatment involving family, loved ones and other community providers.

Connie has enriched her knowledge of drug & alcohol services through her membership in the Alcohol and Substance Abuse Providers of New York (ASAP) and the Northern Tier Providers Coalition. She has spoken on many state wide and local panels, most recently on a panel organized by the NYS Senate Taskforce on Heroin and Opioid Addiction.

Connie received a BS in Child-Family Services from SUNY Plattsburgh and also holds an MS Degree in Health Services Administration from Sage Graduate School. She is active in the community serving on the Clinton County Housing Coalition and the Clinton County Alcohol and Substance Abuse Subcommittee.

CONNIE WILLE RECEIVED THE 2016 NEW YORK STATE WOMAN OF DISTINCTION AWARD

Connie was selected as Senator Betty Little’s 2016 nominee for the Woman of Distinction Award for NY District 45. This award honors women leaders whose exceptional work on behalf of their communities makes them deserving of special recognition as a New York “Woman of Distinction” by the New York State Senate. The annual Women of Distinction Program provides the opportunity to recognize the success of these valuable women at the local level and celebrate their achievements at the state level.
