Rita is an integral part of our treatment team! Having joined the Champlain Valley Family Center in 2000, she is currently the face of patient billing, data management, and the intake coordinator for our outpatient clinic. Rita holds a CASAC-T certification and is proud of being one of the core team members who transitioned CVFC to the electronic medical records system. She is also a wife, and a mother to two grown children.
Jenn King joined the staff at Champlain Valley Family Center in 1995. She began her career at the agency as a counselor. Her skills in finance and organization make her invaluable in the positions she now holds at CVFC. Jenn’s focus has been to use accepted accounting practices to keep CVFC on firm fiscal footing. CVFC undergoes a professional audit each year. Jenn’s professionalism is exemplified by the satisfactory result of each of these audits. She has recently written and overseen a grant upgrading CVFC’s computer infrastructure making the agency compliant with state and health insurance technology requirements. Jenn holds a BS in Psychology & Sociology from St. Lawrence University and a Master’s Degree of Education in Counseling from the same institution. Jenn is a member of the Clinton County Housing and Rehabilitation Selection Committee. She serves on the Evergreen Townhouse Corporation Board of Directors holding the position of Board President.
