Call CVFC Outpatient Clinic at (518) 561-8480. Walk ins are accepted during Open Access. Assessments start with an Intake session in order to complete required paperwork. A comprehensive Assessment is performed by one of our counselors. This Assessment may take 1 - 3 sessions. We ask that you bring: your insurance information, a list of current medications, and any relevant referral documents or contact information. Our goal is to engage you in the appropriate level of care as soon as possible.
